I guess I was expecting the system to take the actual handicap which is a result of the first round that they play in the league and use it as the handicap. | The system will automatically create a handicap for a player if there is no handicap. The handicap rule "For 1st Round Played (No History)" will be used to create the handicap after the first round, then it is applied to the first round.
